If selected to adjudicate, I understand I will be required to complete an online asynchronous adjudication training.
I am able to evaluate students fairly and consistently across a wide range of schools, communities, resource levels, and experience, using only the official Thespys rubrics.
I understand that while scores recognize achievement, feedback is the most valuable part of the Thespys experience and I commit to giving every student thoughtful, specific, and actionable comments that support continued growth.
